Our management team led by Michael Duggan and Ger Crowdle, and site personnel are responsible for the success and respect we have achieved in the building industry. We produce high quality workmanship and as a result we have gained a place on tender lists for major state, semi-state and private bodies.

Michael Duggan

DIRECTOR

Michael began his career journey at John Sisk & Son, initially joining their Construction Management Program and advancing into Site Management roles. In December 2007, he joined Duggan Lynch, taking on the roles as Senior Engineer and Site Manager. Since then, he has showcased steady growth within the company, now holding the position of Construction Director.

Ger Crowdle

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Ger began his career as an accountant with a respected firm of chartered accountants in Waterford. In 1979, he transitioned to Mahon & McPhilips Ltd, initially serving as Financial Accountant and later assuming the role of Financial Controller from early 1990 until 1994. Following his tenure at Mahon & McPhilips, Ger co-founded Duggan Lynch Ltd with Martin Duggan in 1994. In addition to his role as co-founder, Ger serves as the Health & Safety Director and Finance Director for Duggan Lynch, overseeing these critical aspects across all our projects.

Liam Bolger

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Liam’s professional journey commenced in 1996 as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at Bruce Shaw Partnership, where he rapidly ascended to the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor within a few years. In 2006, Liam transitioned to Duggan Lynch Ltd, assuming the responsibilities of Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, and Purchaser. Presently, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Surveying, Estimating, and Purchasing Department, maintaining direct involvement in all projects.

Darren Steed

CONTRACTS MANAGER

With more than three decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, spanning from trade to managerial levels, he has successfully overseen a diverse portfolio of projects in both the UK and Ireland. These projects encompass a wide spectrum, including commercial ventures, residential developments, refurbishments, and contracts for airports.

Brian Crowdle

ACCOUNTANT

Brian holds the titles of Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA). He began his career journey at KPMG, refining his skills as an Associate in the Financial Services Tax Department after training in the Dublin Office. Alongside his professional accomplishments, Brian earned a B.A. in Accounting & Finance and a Masters in Accounting from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School. Brian joined Duggan Lynch in December 2023, bringing valuable expertise to our team.
