Aspect Hotel, Kilkenny

This project involved the construction of a Hotel over Basement with 85 bedrooms, reception area, meeting rooms, conference rooms, offices, bar and restaurant with a total floor area of 4,100m². The building envelope consists of brickwork, cladding, and rendered blockwork to external stairwells with curtain walling to entrance lobby over Reinforced Concrete Basement. The roof to the bedroom blocks is twin skin metal decking on purlins on steel trusses. The link area is a float roof with Trocal membrane. There is provision for car parking for 90 cars and a service yard area.
