Project Description
The building structure comprises a reinforced concrete frame, floors, and roof, with an infill steel frame system utilized for external walls, complemented by a combination of brick and timber cladding. The roof features a PVC membrane, while a structural steel, zinc-clad canopy adds architectural appeal. Internal features include raised access floors, bespoke joinery fitouts for kitchens, the café, and reception areas, as well as folding walls, acoustic baffles, fire-rated glazed aluminum screens, a passenger lift, fire curtains, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical installations.
External works encompass landscaping, paving, car parking facilities, and street furniture to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space. Additionally, it incorporates kitchenettes, associated service rooms, plant rooms, storage rooms, and male, female, and accessible toilets spread over two floors, totalling 1,210 square meters.
