Subdivision of unit 4 into two separate office units, full turnkey fit out of unit 4B including 1250m2 of office space, 2no. new steel staircase including curved feature stairs, Bespoke Joinery Installations, including Reception, Kitchen, Breakout Areas, Folding Wall, Internal Glazed Partitions, WC’s, Print Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Feature Timber Wall Panelling and Ceilings, full M&E Fitout, new Utility connections and backup generator.

Works to the building envelope included elevational modifications of exterior cladding, including building projections and alterations to doors and window opes, all new aluminium Windows and Curtain Walling, forming new entrance lobbies. Site Works of new carparking, road crossing, steps, and ramp access.
