This project included the construction of three individual double height show rooms for Audi, Volkswagen and Mercedes as part of the same building with a total floor area of 4650m². The Showrooms are served with a state of the art Workshop with Service & Repair Bays, Offices, Parts Room, Canteen, Storage Room, Service & Repair Bays, Sales Areas, Meeting Rooms, Conference Room, Toilets Feature Reception Area. The Site has 9,500m² of parking and vehicle storage.

Show Room construction consists of Structural Steel Frame clad with full height Frameless Planar Glazing and Curtain Walling with Precast Concrete upper floors to office space.
