Duggan Lynch

This project consisted of the construction of new 1,176 sq.m, 2 Storey Office Building with Offices, Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms and associated Welfare Facilities etc. It included a separate ESB Sub-Station along with associated siteworks and carparking. The structural elements consist of traditional masonry construction with pre-cast hollowcore upper floors with 75mm reinforced screed. The envelope of the building was a mixture of K-Rend plastered masonry walls with aluminium strip windows and doors. The roof consisted of a Feature Clock Tower sitting on a pitched roof covered with natural slates fixed to timber roof trusses.
