This Project consisted of the construction of a new 2,820 sq.m 2 Storey Car Sales Building and Garage which included Offices, Parts Room, Canteen, Storage Room, Service & Repair Bays, Sales Areas, Meeting Rooms, Conference Room, Toilets, Feature Reception Area, and Car Show Room etc.

The structural elements of the building included a Traditional Strip foundation with rising blockwork walls and a combination of Structural Steel Frame and blockwork walls and 250mm precast hollowcore units with 75mm structural screeds. The envelope of the building consisted of a combination of Kingspan Insulated Cladding Panels, VM Zinc Interlocking Rainscreen Panels, Reinforced Concrete Entrance Walls Clad with Polished Black Granite and Double Glazed Aluminium Windows / Curtain Walling. The roof of the building consisted of a combination of Kingspan Low Pitch Roof Panels with a Trocal Flat Roof over the Car Sales Area.
