This Project consisted of the complete refurbishment of an existing Listed Single Storey building, the demolition of a 2 storey adjoining building with the construction of a new 2 storey 560sq.m Banking Hall & Offices in its place and the linking of both the new 2 storey and refurbished listed building into one Operating Credit Union. The buildings consisted of Conference Room, Meeting Rooms, Interview Rooms, Staff Canteen, General & Managers Offices, Banking Hall & Waiting Area, Storage Facilities & Toilets. The building is constructed of a combination of structural steel frame with traditional masonry walls, precast hollowcore units with 75mm structural screeds. The envelope of the 2 storey building consisted of knap plastered and painted block walls with double glazed aluminium windows / curtain walling / Doors. The existing Listed Building consisted of lime plaster with hardwood timber windows and doors. The roof of both buildings was a combination of a pitched roof with Blue Bangor Natural Slates and a flat roof with Zinc Parapet Cappings.

This Project included the Fit-Out of the completed building including all Fitted Furniture such as Bank / Teller Desks / Timber Screens etc; services throughout; Painted ceilings / Microlook Dune ceilings, painted walls / wall tiles, carpet tiles / broadloom carpets to Meeting Rooms / ceramic tiles throughout to Toilet Areas
