The feature building of this project, ‘The Circle’ comprises of the construction of a new 700m2 two-storey Pavilion Bar and Restaurant with a 600m2 raised viewing terrace. The Structure included Curved Reinforced Concrete Frame and Floors with a Structural Steel Roof Frame.
The design boasts several high spec envelope finishes including, Portuguese Granite Rainscreen Cladding, Full Height Curved Curtain Walling and Zinc Roofing. Internal features include bespoke Bar Joinery on both Floors, Walnut Doors throughout and feature Ceilings with steps and recesses. Building Services include a fully fitted commercial Kitchen, Passenger Lift, a combination of Gas Fired Heating and Air to Water Heating and Ventilation.
This project also included the change of use and renovation of the existing Self-Serve Restaurant to Office and Creche, plus the remodelling of the existing Bar to new Self-Serve Restaurant.
